Itinerary Service

Our travel itinerary service is dedicated to helping schools plan the perfect trip.  We reduce the stress of planning a school-sponsored journey by researching the venues that will fit the group’s lesson plans and be entertaining.  H.O.T. stands for “hands-on travel,” which means that we will also do our best to find interactive programs.

Each venue will list the hours of operation, contact information, a brief description, mobility access, ticket prices, and any other important details related the site.  There will be at least three venues listed for each day, allowing the teachers and students to discuss which sites they would like to visit.

Once your group has decided what they want to see, you can contact the venues directly to order tickets, make a reservation, and request assistance (mobility, guided tours, etc.).  The amount of flexibility is up to your group.  You can choose to sight-see every day or schedule some free time into your journey.
